The firm has been established in the year April, 1976 with a vision to shape new standards in deliverance of services. Since then, it has been synergic and as a consequence of Herculean endeavours, now has fourteen partners out of which eight partners are the Fellow members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Head Office of the firm is located at Surat and having Branch office in Surat, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Uttarakhand, Patna, Agra and Jharkhand.
As a partner-led business, each of our clients has their own client relationship partner. Our experienced professionals oversee all affairs in order to have a clear comprehension of our customer’s needs, based on which a consistency of quality services is assured. We emphasise on maximum communication to ensure clear-cut apprehension of issues and areas of concern. Therefore, we stress on strong communication with the client and consider their feedback extremely valuable. When we learn about things we could do better, we act swiftly to address this.

CA Shivlal Dhoot is managing Partner of the firm, which was found by CA Rajaram Lahoty since 1976. CA Shivlal Dhoot and CA Arvind Soni joined the firm in the year 2010 joined the firm in the year 2018. CA Govind Pathak joined the firm in the year 2019, CA Sanjay Chaudhary joined the firm in year 2020. CA Paras Surana, CA Hemant Badala and CA Nandkishore Tulasyan joined the firm in the year 2018. CA Priyanka Sankhala joined the firm in 2014. CA Deepak Jain joined the firm in the year 2022 and CA Anchal Pachori joined in 2020 and CA Chirag Jain join in 2023.
